ACCSA is led by a board of directors constituted from traders having business license. ACCSA is organized and administered by the following working organs:

• General Assembly,
• Board of Directors,
• President and a vice president,
• Secretary General, and
• The necessary staff.

General Assemblies composed of all registration members. It is the supreme authority of ACCSA.

• Board of directors is composed of business members elected by  General Assemblies for definite period of time to over see the performance  of the Organization. The  organ that manages day to day  routine activities  of ACCSA is the  secretariat. The  secretary General who is appointed by Board of directors ads the secretariat.
